The Energy LeadershipTM Index (ELI) Assessment

The Energy LeadershipTM Index Assessment provides insights into how you show up in various aspects of your life. It measures your potential leadership ability by your level of consciousness— your awareness of who you are and what life is about. The assessment measures your ability to lead people, including yourself, to take positive, productive, and sustainable action. The assessment also measures how involved or engaged you are in your roles and tasks on the job and at home.

Finally, the assessment shows your energetic reaction to stress so that you can recognize and, if desired, modify that reaction.

With the research-backed ELI assessment, you’ll experience profound and practical insights you can use to understand your worldview and transform your life and career into the ideal one you envision.

Step 1: The assessment

As your Energy LeadershipTM Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I’ll connect you with the simple online assessment which takes about 20 minutes to complete.

Step 2: The debrief

Once the results are in, we will schedule a 1:1 ELI debrief session. During this personalized session, we’ll dive deep into your results and uncover a clear path to your greatest potential—and steps to achieve alignment with your work and life goals.

What sets the ELI apart from other assessments?

If you are familiar with personality tests like Myers Briggs, DiSC, and Enneagram, you know that these valuable tools can help you understand your strengths and weaknesses, and ways you can approach work to reach your full potential.  They are characterized by empowering you to “work with what you have."

The ELI is assessment of attitudes that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.  With the insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, clients can develop an awareness of their variable energy levels in order to make choices to reshape their worldview and adjust their behaviors to evolve how they show up in life and at work.

ELI Formats

The ELI assessment can be taken as a self-assessment or in 360 format.  It can also be conducted with groups.  Discuss with your coach which format makes the most sense for you.
