Getting Started

To get started, we will have an initial session to learn about each other and the format of the coaching sessions. Once we determine your objectives and agree on next steps, we will establish a plan and timeline for our meetings.

 

Every engagement launches with an exploration of your skills, aptitudes, passions, experiences and values.  Together we connect the dots to create a strategy and craft a narrative that clarifies where you want to go and why.

Sample Engagements

A typical engagement spans approximately 8 weeks and includes:

  • 30-minute goal-setting session

  • Aptitude Assessment and Debrief

  • 60-Minute weekly sessions (pace determined by the client)

  • Development of career narrative, resume, cover letter template, LinkedIn profile update

  • Unlimited guidance and support via email and text

  • Additional elements as needed by client: mock interviews, networking strategies, tactics for targeting and managing applications

  • 30-minute wrap-up call with strategy and checklists 

Packages can be adjusted for shorter or longer engagements

depending on the needs of each client.

Shorter engagements are for individuals who are very clear about who they are and where they want to go but need some support with their narrative and positioning.for resumes, LinkedIn and interviewing.

 

Longer engagements include active support on applications and networking progress. We can also work on anything that might be blocking your progress like imposter syndrome or other limiting beliefs.
